- Daily rates do not include estimating performed by off-site staff
- Expenses incurred on behalf of client will be billed with a 30% admin markup.
- All travel-related expenses (flights, rentals, hotels & meals) will be billed with a 10% markup.
- Time to be billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals – 0.25/hr
- Services required for meetings, mediations, or inspections scheduled on weekends, evenings after 5:00pm, or holidays, will be billed at one and one-half times the scheduled rates.
